Morning Everyone!
Its a busy day here, its massage day (ahhhh) and Dawson has an appt this afternoon. I got up early to do some cardio and yoga on my wii fit.
Tell me what you are eating and how you are moving your body today.
60 minutes Wii Fit Yoga and Cardio
B- Egg white omlet with peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cheese
L- Tuna with Mayo, 4 tj flaxseed crackers, cucumbers
D- Not sure, probably going out
S- Sf/Ff Pudding with cool whip
Probably add a protein shake in there somewhere.

Hello all! My vacation with some of my girlfriends ends today (wah!). I just dropped them off at the airport, and now I'm going to go out to lunch with my mom in a little while. I am very happy to report that during our weekend in NYC we saw two Broadway shows, and both times I had absolutely no trouble fitting in the seats!!! I almost cried when we got to the first show -- no more spilling over into the next seat, or sitting with my arms crossed because I don't have enough room! WOO HOO!!!! I think I'm going to become a Broadway junkie now -- there are lots more shows I'd love to see!!!
Here is today's plan:
B-chocolate Max protein, coffee
L- Not sure yet, probably a salad with fish or chicken
S- half Supreme Protein bar
D- leftover Chinese chicken and vegetables
S- SF pudding cup
I need to add another protein shake in there -- not sure where yet though.
Exercise: 45 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes of weight machines

Evening all..... Just had time to get on the compie now so here it is :)
B - 1 piece Wheat toast w/1tb peanut butter & 1/2 banana
L- ISOPURE Alpine Punch and 16 ice cubes! Cool and yummy!
Snack - 1 fudgsicle (sf)
D - 1 oz chicken thigh (simmered in BBQ sauce - Thanks for the suggestion someone made in an earlier post) 1 tb penne pasta
Walked about 1300 steps today.... which is good for me! Tomorrow the Gym to work on arms and back.
Walking the beach in Maine on Friday, Saturday and Sunday! The most inspiring place to walk in the world to me!
