Afternoon everyone!!!

Tell me what you are eating and how you are moving your body today.

60 minutes lower body/cardio with my trainer

B- Yogurt with berries and chia seeds with some protein powder mixed in.
Post workout- protein shake
L- Lean Cuisine Chicken Parm
D- Chicken Kaboob and veggies
S- FF/SF Pudding with Cool Whip
