Morning Everyone!!

It's a rainy day here, again.  I knew the sun was too good to be true.  We are heading to Pittsburgh, my son has an appt and I have a bachlorette party to go to.  WOO HOO!!  .  I am happy to say, at least I fit into the matching tee shirts this time. WOOT!!

Tell me what you are eating and how you are moving your body today?

60 minutes with my trainer.

B- Yogurt with chia seeds and strawberries (pre-workout)
S- Protein Shake (post workout)
L- chili with spinach
S- Protein Shake
D- not sure yet

The sun is sadly gone here today, too.  Boo!  Today is a way too busy day at work, but I can't complain too much because it's also my last day of work for a few days.  Two of my friends are flying in from Minnesota tonight for a long weekend visit.  We're going to stay in NYC and see two Broadway shows (Billy Elliot and 9 to 5) and I am unbelievably happy that I can once again actually go to a Broadway show and not have to worry about fitting in the seat!

Here's the menu for today:

B- Chocolate Max protein
S- cheese stick
L- Chinese shrimp with vegetables
S- Half a Supreme Protein bar
D- Ricotta pie
S- SF pudding

I will probably add another protein shake in there somewhere, but not sure where yet.

For exercise, I am going to do 40 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes of weight machines.  Then I need to go home and do some aerobic cleaning to get ready for my guests!

B - half of a whole wheat pita pocket stuffed with shaved turkey breast and shredded cheddar

L - vegetarian burrito bowl from chipotle - black beans, peppers and onions, corn salsa, tomato salsa, hot salsa, guacomole, cheese, and lettuce

S - venti skim iced latte

D - leftover steak turned into a mock pot roast - potato, onion, peas, corn, sun-dried tomatoes, steak and carrots (I had about 2 forkfuls of meat and a lot of veggies)

On Thursday I spent an INTENSE hour with my trainer...wowzers!! LOL

B-eggbeaters, cheese, onions, tomatos and turkey sausage in a Lo carb wrap

S- protein shake

L- mexican stlye meatloaf with a few greenbeans

D-Salad with grilled chicken

S- 2 peanut butter cookie bites from the splenda website

Hi folks. A day ahead of you here in Oz.

B: Protein shake with extra protein powder (37g)

L: I cruskit with avocado, slice os smoked salmon and low fat cottage cheese

S: Yoghurt

D: Bol sauce made with vegetabled, 2 spoones chopped angel hair pasta

S; 150 mls no fat milk

Exercise; 20 minutes on eliptical cross trainer before breakfast, then a 1 hour walk (5km -3.1 miles) at a solid pace.
