It's Hump Day - What are you eating/doing today?

Afternnon Everyone!

My day was good up until an hour ago.  Anyway.  Tell me what you are eating and how you are moving your body today.

B- Protein Shake
L- Chicken and Hummus
S- Protein Iced Coffee
D- Chili
S- sf pudding with cool whip

I walked a couple miles and I ran the steps at the staduim (10 times just to get my heart rate up).  It was a good workout.

I hope your day improves!

Here's the menu for the day:

B- Syntha-6 Strawberry
L- chicken thigh in marinara, zucchini
S- Fuzzy Navel Nectar with lemonade
D- shrimp with broccoli
S- half Supreme Protein bar
S- sf pudding

This is clocking in at 881 calories, so I will probably add in another snack, like maybe a latte or even part of a protein bar.  I have PMS (yeah, I know it's TMI) and those supreme protein bars seem to help the chocolate craving.

For exercise, I am not going to make it to the gym today, unfortunately, but I do plan on doing a 1.5 mile walk during lunch, so that will be something.

What kind of bbq sauce did you use?  I was thinking of trying Buffalo sauce too, since most of those are fat free and low sugar.

I use either belly cheer or the Jack Daniels old #7 original recipe (its is low in sugar and has not made me sick).  Dawson loves BBQ chicken and green bean night - lol.

I will try that soon!  BBQ chicken sounds really good.  I made 6 of the marinara ones thinking I would eat the leftovers, but now I'm a little sick of them!  Good thing this is the last one.
