Morning Everyone!!!

It has finally stopped raining here and the sun is shinning!!!  YA!!!!!!  Today is really a nothing day for me (well I went to the gym), I am taking a break since my thesis is finished and presented- I just want to do NOTHING!!  So, I am going to do just that today, I am going to catch up on my DVR stuff, take Dawson to speech and maybe go for a walk later.  

My new Carmel Latte BE protein came yesterday and it is good!!  I add a tbsp of sf international delights hazelnut and some ice - YUMMO!!!!!

Tell me what you are eating and how you are moving your body today!!

60 minutes with my trainer lower body and cardio

B- Yogurt with chia seeds and 1 large strawberry
S- EAS AdvantEDGE Shake (post workout)
L- Tuna mixed with lf mayo and 4 TJ Multigrain & Flaxseed crackers small spinach salad w/ranch
S- Protein Iced Coffee
D- Turkey Taco Salad made with spinach, sw salsa, and ww mexican cheese
S- not sure

Cal - 926 Carbs-50g Protein - 133 Fat- 20g (w/o snack)  I am short on calories but this is the best I can do for now. The suregon needs to get over it - LOL!!

Got up at 5am and went running. It felt great! Then I came home and did some ab work and tricep work....OUCH!

Post workout - Protein shake

B-Oatmeal

L-chicken fajita wrap up

S-small salad with light ranch dressing

D-mexican style meatloaf with a few green beans

Ill prob do a protein bar later tonight to get my protein up for the day.

Woo hoo, Heather!  Congrats on being done with that thesis!  My order from BE hasn't shipped yet but I can't wait to try that Caramel Latte, and the PB cookie too!

I am working from home today because I have to go to the dermatologist to get the stitches removed from my scalp.  I love the days I get to work from home.  I get so much more done when I'm here, and I get to watch some fun TV! (Shhh... don't tell!)

Here's my menu for the day:

B- Half serving of Nectar Iced Tea mixed with 4C lemonade.  Coffee with skim milk.

L- Ricotta pie. Small salad of cucumbers and tomatoes.

S- Fuzzy Navel nectar mixed with 4C lemonade.

D- Chicken thigh simmered in marinara and zucchini.

S- Not sure yet.

I'll update later with my nutritional stats.  I haven't finished entering everything into SparkPeople.  I may also need to add in another snack in there somewhere.

For exercise today I am going to a step class, and as long as the rain stays away, a walk this afternoon.

I will tell you, I was not a fan of the PB cookie shake.  I am going to work with it and see what I can do with it but it was way toooo sweet for me.  Hope all goes well at the derm.
