What are you eating today and it's MOVE IT MONDAY!
Here's today's plan:
B- Chocolate Max Protein, coffee. Also, I ate a Slim-a-Bear SF ice cream sandwich. Pretty much because I felt like it, and I was watching GMA and avoiding getting ready for work. (I know, not the best choice)
L- Ricotta pie
S- Iced Tea Nectar, mixed with 4C SF Lemonade. Maybe also one-third of a Supreme Protein bar.
D- grilled shrimp, cannelini salad
S- SF pudding cup. May add something else if I need to, like more ricotta pie, or Greek yogurt with SF syrup.
For exercise, I am going to take a one hour "Dance Workshop" class at the gym. I haven't taken that one before but it's with an instructor that I really like. And he's quite good-looking, too, which doesn't hurt!

Thanks Lesley!!!! I had my faculty presentation of my thesis today and despite a disastrous start it ended well. My eating today could have been better but oh well....
B - nothing (ya i know bad)
L - nothing (yes again , I know, Bad)
D- we are going to my favorite mediterranean resturant where i usually get chicken kabob and veggies and it comes with hummus and pita bread
S- leftovers from dinner
I am going to try to squeeze a shake in later, probably before bed. I didnt get to exercise today just because of everything going on.

Breakfast - Oatmeal
Lunch- Small salad w/ light ranch dressing and some Italian Chicken from the crockpot
Dinner- Mexican style meatloaf and a few green beans
Post workout- Protein Shake
Snack 2 of the peanut butter cookie bites that I made from the splenda website
I spent one intense hour with the personal trainer last night!
