What are you eating/doing on this rainy Hump Day???

Hi Everybody!!

I miss posting food, so I decided to combine it into one post.  What are you eating and how are you moving your body today?

Zumba  60 minutes
I am also going to take a walk later, hopefully the rain holds off

Breakfast - Protein Shake
Lunch - Chicken and Mushrooms
Snack - Cheese Stick and 1/2 Banana
Dinner - "pizza" on a flatout wrap with Chicken and pesto and motz cheese - YUMMO!!
Snack- Probably another shake

Good idea combining them! I feel like I'm finally out of my exercise rut (yay, trainer!) but now I feel like I'm in a food rut so it's always good to get new ideas.

Exercise: cardio kickboxing class at the gym, and also a bonus 1 mile walk during my lunch hour because the rain has actually stopped!

Breakfast - Chocolate Max Protein with coffee and Benefiber (my new BFF)
Lunch - small salad of feta, cannelini, tomato, cucumber with balsamic
Snack - fuzzy navel nectar with 4C lemonade
Dinner - swordfish with dijon balsamic glaze, asparagus
Snack- cinnamon roll pudding cup

I just bought those flatout wraps, but I haven't tried them yet.  The "pizza" sounds good!

I am excited to post that Iswam 60 lengths again today. Next time I up the count (next week), I'll go to 72, which is a MILE! Woo hoo!

B - MF Chai Latte
S - 2 pc string cheese
L - MF shake
S - 2 pc string cheese
D - Left over baked chicken, green beans, grape tomatoes
S - Choc pudding

I am now also below the last time I updated my ticker! (I am not so honest about changing it when I gain)
