Where is everyone..

Here are my numbers for the week:

surgery wt:  344
last week:  191.2
this week:  191.0

loss of .2 this week
total loss:  153.0

at least the scale moved down instead of up... I am tired of being in the 190's though!!

I lost 2lbs last week. My weight loss is REALLY slowing down and frankly its scaring me becauseI still have so far to go. I really need to up my exercise!
