Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to share some of my pictures.  I take my pictures at home to show my weight loss.  It really helps me to see the changes in the pictures.  Sometimes my brain just doesn't seem to see it in the mirror.  I am just over a year out now, and down 152#.  My year labs were good, other than my Vit D being low, so I will be working on correcting that.  I still want to lose another 30#, but I know I can do it!!!

Thanks for all the support you have all given me over the last year!!!

Caroline

How do you do that with your pictures?

All those pictures are actually one picture.  I take each individual picture, then put it on a microsoft publisher page, then save the entire page as a jpeg file.  Once that is done, you have to upload the pic to your profile, then copy and paste it into a message!!  Hope that helps.. It really not that hard.
