Gym's Open Friday and Weekend....

Good Morning Everyone!!!

Sorry I have been MIA - but my thesis is DONE!!!!!! and submitted.  I still have to put together my presentation for the faculty and a few other things but the hard part is done and my writing coach did not get shanked!!  WOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!!!  I got some sleep last night and hit the gym early this morning.  Today is my little guys 8th birthday so I have had to tell him the story about the day he was born - he loves that story, especially when daddy almost passed out in the OR because they were having a hard time getting him out - lol.

Ok enough rambling....Tell me what you did to move your body today??

I got up and went to power yoga this morning for 60 minutes and I am going to walk a couple miles later.  I have to make up for a few days of no exercise.

Yay! So happy for you that your thesis is DONE!  So when are you going for your doctorate?  LOL!  I had someone ask me that after I finished my M.A. thesis and my response was "I'm trying really really hard not to hurt you right now."  And happy birthday to your little man!  You have lots to celebrate today!

I did an early morning spinning class today.  It was at 5:45 -- if you had told me a few months ago that I would do this I would have thought you were crazy!  If it doesn't rain, I'd like to take a walk after work, about 2 miles or so.

Dear lord, I could not even think about a doctorate!!  Sat I had a spa day and fit into one of thier fluffy robes!!!!!!  That was exciting for me, I do not think that the girl understood my glee - oh well.  I had a mani, pedi, 90 minute massage, exfolation, and a bath in the hot spring which was amazing.

Sat - I walked around the golf course at the spa.

Sunday - 60 minutes with my trainer and I am going to take Dawson to the pool later.
