Gym's Open Tuesday

Good morning everyone!!!

I took time out from editing hell to go to the gym this morning to clear my head.  I needed to punch and kick someone, so my trainer was just the man I needed to see.  We did 30 minutes of kickboxing and 60 minutes of circuit training, it was upper body and core day.  WOOT!!  I am going to grab a shower and more coffee and get back to work.  I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel (and my masters degree).

Sounds like the exercise was good therapy!  That is very smart!   I remember being so, so stressed in the final days of my thesis, and exercise would have been a much smarter option than all the junk food I consumed to console myself.  Yikes.

Today for exercise I'm going to a Step & Abs class tonight after work.  I am definitely looking forward to it!
