The gym is open, how did you move it, move it today??

Went to the gym at 5am, did 30 min cardio/ weights for ab and thighs..going to go out and wash the truck and dog, that should be a workout, its 90 degrees!  lys

Polished my toenails yesterday, as the outdoor pool at my club opens May 1st.

I'm gonna try water aerobics after work. The morning exercise is not happening ...yet.

60 minute spinning class this morning, and probably a nice walk along the river later this evening.  I like to MOVE IT, MOVE IT!!!
