B- 1/2 protein bar
S- Chocolate Oh Yeah Protein Shake
L- chicken kaboob with veggies and 1 triangle of pita bread with hummus - YUM! We had lunch at a new Mediterranean Resturant that just opened here.
D- Left overs from lunch - my son is having friends over the everyone else will have pizza
S- SF Jello Pudding
I may stick another protein shake in there somewhere..
