Gym's Open Tuesday/Wednesday

Morning Everyone!!!

Sorry I didnt post yesterday, I ended up with a killer headache after lunch and went to bed.  So tell me what you did to move your body yesterday and today.

Tuesday - 60 minutes with my trainer
Wednesday -  Aqua Aerobics then afterwards I am taking a water yoga class.

Tues - 20 mins leg weight training followed by 20 mins of elliptical torture.... LOL
Wed - 20 mins of upper body weight training followed up with 20 mins of additional elliptical torture.... '

I will do 20 mins of torture tomorrow too... but I'm taking Friday off so it'll be a gym-free Friday..... LOL

Tuesday - Step & Abs class. I found out that an instructor who taught at the gym that I went to when I was in college *** 13 years ago) was now teaching at my gym. He was as good and as fun as I remembered!  I was so happy!!!

Wednesday - 60 mins with my trainer

Tuesday - Trainer day. Also, I did 8 flights of stairs on my lunch break.

Today - Stairmaster for 10 minutes, elliptical for 30 and treadmill for 15

Danced for four hours at The Dead show last night. (and last Friday too!)  Whew!  I love being able to move again!!! 

Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!

Monday through Thursday 45 minutes of aquatic aerobics and Friday I am looking forward to an  hour!
