Morning Everyone!!

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter!  We had a very nice holiday and I have found a new walking route instead of the track and its over 2 miles and scenic. 

Today I am going to walk a couple miles then I have 60 minutes X-biking class tonight.

I managed 30 mins of bike, book and me time.....

I've committed myself to 30 mins of weight training followed up by 15 mins of elliptical for tomorrow..... ugh.... LOL

Ok...don't laugh, I did the Richard Simmons tape again.  It's too easy now nbut I did get sorta winded near the end.   I need a new tape (well OK dvd now)  I want to get my metabolisim back up but I am exercise-stupid.

Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!
