Hi all,
I thought I'd post this thread today. I came by since I actually had a food plan :)
B - ummmm well I had a plan but I ended up not eating breakfast
L - leftover grilled chicken (about 2oz) in half of a whole wheat pita with 2tbsp roasted red pepper hummus
S - 20oz mootopia (16 skim, 4 2% chocolate)
D - tuna salad in half whole wheat pita, and a salad (spring greens, cherry tomato, avocado, sunflower seeds, lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil) - and yes I use full fat mayo in my tuna salad but I use 1T for two packages of tuna, along with lemon juice and a small amount of olive oil and a lot of veggies. I also rarely eat tuna salad so when I do I am not messing with the nasty fat-free mayo BLECH!
Dessert - strawberries and mango
We have some of Ryan's family coming in tomorrow and staying through Tues I think. I need to clean! I am sort of looking forward to the visit and dreading it at the same time. I'm not big on disruptions to my routine I guess. Its one thing for me to go on vacation and see them but something else to have them on my turf. Make sense? I still have to work and stuff, its not a vacation for me. Now I just have more to do than usual.
Gripe gripe ;-)
