Hello,

Would someone (preferably in South Florida but not necessarily if at a national chain store) please advise where to buy sugar-free Tylenol in liquid or chewable? I Googled this toplic and an earlier OH thread stated that all Tylenol brand liquid/chewables, children's or adult, contain sugar (high fructose corn syrup is the ingredient listed). Someone wrote that Walmart (probably Equate) makes otc products for diabetics and has out a sugar-free liquid version of Tylenol. Four SuperWalmarts in Palm Beach County do not carry it, and I WANT IT BAD (or the equivalent). I'm five days post-op RNY and cannot stomach the liquid Lortab formula. PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY POUCH!

My surgeon told me to take the Tylenol Junior Meltaways, two at a time, and they worked well for me.  They worked very well for me until I could swallow the regular Tylenols.  I stayed away from the Lortab too -- my pain was not too bad, and I wanted to be clear-headed so I could drive my car.

Thanks so much for this invaluable tip! I oked it with my surgeon's nurse, and stocked up on the generic meltaways at Walmart! You were/are a lifeaver! Have a good week, and I'm happy to have met you!

You are welcome!  I'm glad that worked for you.  I bought the CVS generic equivalent and they worked just fine.  Glad to have met you too -- I like your username!  I am very proud to say that I managed to see the Dead a few times before Jerry passed, and that song was one of my favorites.
