Good Tuesday morning everyone!

We planted more herbs, tomatoes, and blueberries yesterday. Everytime I walk by a window I say "grow little plants, grow," silly I know, but I do it anyway.

Pre B - 1/2 SF NF BSC Latte

B - taco meat bite, 2 turkey sausage links

S - turkey jerky

L - beef fajita meat, refried beans and tomatoes

S - cottage cheese and Splenda peaches

D - Orange chicken, green beans (didn't have this last night)

It works I tell you! Plants like encouragement.. and of course water helps too which is where I go wrong.

I gave up caffeine a week ago (gasp) and I've had a headache ever since. When will it end?

B - 1 serving honey nut cheerios, 8oz mootopia

L - 3 baked chicken tenderloins (leftovers) with lemon juice and pepper, banana

S - 20oz mootopia

D - not sure, last night was hub's 30th birthday and we went out.. I have a large piece of prime rib left and some broccoli so I will probably do that unless he wants something specific (he can have leftover fettucine alfredo I made him over the weekend otherwise)

I was very determined to try broccoli again after getting sick about two months ago. I really LIKE broccoli but was scared because I very rarely throw up and don't want to repeat it. I did fine, yay :) I only had about three bites but they were ok.

Hi all.  I took the week off from work (decided I needed a Spring Break!) so my schedule is a little off.  Still managing to get in all my water and protein, so I won't worry too much about it.

Here's the plan for the day:

Pre-B- coffee with steamed skim milk

B- Easter ricotta pie (the savory kind, with chicken sausage)

L- probably more of the ricotta pie

S- Fuzzy navel Nectar with crystal light

D- rotisserie chicken with broccoli

S- no idea yet.  Protein ice cream, maybe.
