Morning Everyone!!
It is finally a beautiful spring day here in PA and I plan to get out later and enjoy it- once it warms up.
What did you do to move your body?
60 minutes with my trainer.

I took a Zumba class today and LOVED it. I'll definitely be going back for more.
Since today is a nice Spring day (finally!), I'm thinking that I'll take a walk later, and then later on go walk around Cosco.
