What did you do to move your body today??

I did 45 mins of bike, book and me time...... when my glasses started sliding down my nose from the sweat I gave up and called it a day... LOL

When I saw your title "Move It Monday" all I can think of is "I like to move it, move it!"  :-)

I'm off to the gym now -- elliptical, weight machines, and maybe some hot tub time.  I'm also going to look into adding more sessions with the trainer.  2 or 3 times a week would be great!
