I can only blame it on myself..  I know I didn't get enough****er in the last few days.  I also ate at a mongolian bbq yesterday... I think the sauces are a little too high in sodium... I feel like my ankles are a little swollen... hopefully I can get rid of the 2# plus some for next week.
