Feels Like I'm Stuck
I'm not sure if I need advice or motivation. Since my surgery (almost 13 months ago), I've lost 107 pounds. I've gone from a size 30/32 to a 18/20 and feel amazingly healthier and happier! However, it has taken me almost 3 months to lose 7 pounds. I get plenty of protein and exercise 4x/week (cardio and weights), but I know I need to get in more water each day. Could that make THAT much of a difference?
Any suggestions on how to get the scale moving downward a bit faster? Do I need to eliminate carbs totally (even if they're whole grain like Steel Cut Oats)? How many calories should I be eating?
Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. I don't want to feel discouraged after all I've been through to get this far.

I'm the last person to be giving advice on how to get the scale moving since I've been stuck for months, BUT, I see a lot of people get their losses going again by dramatically upping their water and changing up their exercise. Your body will get accustomed to a certain level and type of exercise so you may need to up the intensity or add new things to keep yourself challenged. Some carbs absolutely neccessary - and complex carbs like steel cut oats are a great example. It might not hurt to cut your carbs some and see if it does anything, but I wouldn't cut them to the point where you feel a loss of energy or serious deprivation.
Good luck!
