Long night, Mom didn't feel well. I got in to work about 45 minutes late, not that it matters I'm still the first one here.

Pre B - 1/2 SF NF BSC Latte

B - 2 egg/ham/veggie bites, 2 1/2 turkey sausage links

S - Greek yogurt

L - going to Carino's for a meeting I have no clue yet, ETA: grilled salmon, spinach, 2 bites of pasta

S - chocolate Smartforme protein drint before dentist

D - Albondigas Soup , if I can eat, hubby and I both have dentist appts at 4PM, I get new crown put on, he gets filling.

S - SF iced latte

I did something to irritate my pouch last night. I either ate too much or too fast. I also had bad gas pains. I was awake most of the night with cramps and pouchy is still angry today. I just wish I knew what I did! Dinner was spicy (green chili and cheese baked together) and I had a handful of dry shredded wheat a while later... neither one has ever bothered me before.

I feel very bloated and tender today and have my jeans unbuttoned while I sit at my desk.

B - 3 saltines just to put something mild in there

S - venti hot milk with sf vanilla

L - ?

D - ?

I may just do liquids all day.

Here is today's plan...

Pre B - coffee with skim milk

B - Fuzzy Navel Nectar with crystal light

L - Leftover chicken with balsamic three-pepper sauce

S - half apple with PB2

D - I am craving chicken like crazy, so I think I will pick up a rotisserie chicken on my way home.

S - protein ice cream

I need to fit another snack in there somewhere, but I'm not sure where yet!

Tired of using a spoon...  That is my big complaint about pureed foods! :)

I am disgusted this week..I just cannot seem to get any work on my thesis done.....

B- White Chicken Chili
L- Tuna and Soy Chips
S- Protein Shake
D- Protein Shake- I was not feeling up to food for whatever reason.
