Wednesday - What are you eating?
Had a root canal done yesterday late afternoon, was still semi numb when I went to sleep, but gosh darn it if I didn't wake up at 1:30AM in pain!! Finally got up at 3:00AM and just stayed up. Not nice at all.
Mom is having a bad week, very depressed, ready to go home she says. This morning she slid right out of bed when I was trying to help her up. I had to call my brother and get him to come over to help pick her up.

Sometimes I read what everyone else eats on here and feel like I eat ALOT more.
I had my gallbladder out two weeks ago today and still recouping - still sore and taking it day by day although I am back to work (have to pay the bills). I seem to be losing again though I had stopped for almost 2 months - maybe that had something to do with it.

Mootopia is only available from the HEB grocery chain, but your chain may have something similar. Its a high protein lactose-free organic milk with extra calcium (carbonate though). 20oz gives me 30g protein. It comes in 2%, skim, and 2% chocolate but the chocolate is too rich and sweet so I like to dilute it. I mostly drank skim at first but now I need a change sometimes.
It is yummy, but you can't cook with it in many things because I think the extra protein makes it act weird. Look for something similar, I've seen people mentioning more types of these products in the milk section. I am a milk person but will only drink organic generally - I don't worry about organic veggies but I try to make the meat and milk I buy organic when possible.
