I've decided that I need to start posting to this thread, and this board, more so here I am!  Here's the plan for today:

B- Syntha-6 chocolate mint
L- homemade chili with 2% cheddar
S- cottage cheese
D- steamed chicken with broccoli (going out for Chinese food)
S- Not sure -- if I make custard, I will have one of those.  If not, probably just a cheese stick.

I love it!  I like the strawberry milkshake and chocolate mint best, and the mochaccino flavor is very good too.  I've heard the chocolate is good, too, but I am loyal to my Max Protein! :)

This will be the first time I've posted to this thread and I really should be better about it so I keep track of what I eat. Here is what I've had today:

B - EAS Strawberry Cream Protein Shake blended w/2 bananas
L - Salad w/no sugar added mandarin oranges, 6 slices deli ham, 2 tbsps of lime dressing
D - Planning on leftover steak or gumbo

No snacks for me!

Have a good day everyone!

B - I had a small glass of milk and then some tea with honey, wasn't into the breakfast concept today but knew I should have something

S - blood orange

L - leftover italian sausage and veggies in tomato sauce (mostly veggies - carrot, spinach, mushroom, bell pepper, tomato, onion) on top of a bed of baby spinach

S - 20oz mootopia (1/4 2% chocolate, the rest plain skim)

D - probably an omelet with either leftover steak and veggies or ham and veggies, and maybe some strawberries for dessert

I can't get enough fruit and veg. I got bloodwork from preconception appt and other than my good cholesterol still raising my total cholesterol into the high range things were good. A lot of my vtamin numbers actually improved. I was starting to wonder if something was off since I keep getting sick and can't get produce out of my mind. Glad all is well in the vitamin department (I need to work on Vit D a touch but now that the spring is here it sunny southern TX I'm not real concerned)
