sorry i haven't been around in a while......work has been crazy and I have worked 21 days right through and I can't surf the web during the days at work anymore :(  today is my 10 month surgiversary!  I have lost a total of 224 pounds (172 since coming home from surgery) and finally below a 40 BMI!  I have lost 30 inches off my waist and I have so much energy now!  it took a while for that energy to kick in for me (about month 8) but now I got it and I feel great and can just walk everywhere!

I hope you all are doing great!

Welcome Back!!!  I've been gone for too long myself...so I guess it's "Hello, what's your name again?" day.  What fantastic progress you've made!  Isn't it just a mind-bending trip...but worth all the hassles, the bumps, and all the other stuff?

Take Care,
Jana

thank you Jana :)  yeah I think I've been here and there for a while but hardly get to post anything...just a lurker in the shadows LOL  You know the other day waas the first time I actually took a BATH in 20 years!  It was awesome!!!!!!  although sitting there was getting kinda painful for my bony butt LOL  I agree it never ceases to amaze me of all the changes my body is going through that is not related to the scales.

You take care too!

Hi Aaron,

Good to see you again!

In the spirit of "hello what's your name again"day. I haven't been around either for about a month, my computer was in the hospital for too long!

You have come a long way.  It's so awesome to get below 40 BMI isn't it?? I just got there too! We aren't eligible for WLS anymore!!
I also agree with you about the energy, it feels so good!

Take Care!

Diane
