The scale has been stuck for quite some time now, and making me very upset!!!

I truly hate the scale right now!!!

I meant to do this yesterday.  A little upset because I have been stuck for a while.  Hit 208 on February 4th and I haven't been very good!  I'll be honest, for the last 9 months I haven't really exercised much, even though I know I was supposed to.  Regardless, I've gotten in the habit of exercising daily and I began that around the 6th or 7th, so I'm hoping that my weight gain is from muscle.  I've noticed that on the weekends, when I have nothing to do, I graze throughout the day.  That is what got me in trouble in the first place, so I need to find a new hobby to keep me busy.  I have no trouble during the work week, it's those dang weekends!!

Anyway, good luck everyone..Maybe next's weeks weigh in will be better!
