I'll have to report in later. I haven't given much thought to food yet. I slept for a loooong time! Glorious! I still feel like crap but at least not tired crap.

Stopped by Mom's before work and she's not feeling well, said she had a super bad sinus headache all night. I told her to be sure to mention it to the nurse today. I know she probably got it from me and I feel bad. Hubby has it now too.

Good news  - Yesterday the owner of my company agreed to let me change my hours at work to make things easier for me. Now I work 7-3, I was working 8-4 so not a huge change but it sure helps, I'm up early anyway, and like getting off earlier.

Pre B - SF NF BSC Latte

B - hard roll (small) ham, yummy Dutch cheese

S - Chai Tea Misto (homemade) while getting hair done

L - edemame, cottage cheese and Splenda peaches

S - Greek yogurt

D - chicken, veggies

S - sliced mango

Jenn - I'm glad you got sleep. I'm sick right now too and I know it's from pure exhaustion.

Jan - I'm happy they let you change your hours. That was nice and it's going to be easier on you, it sounds like.

My food plan for the day looks like this:

B: Mootopia (1/4 cup of 2% chocolate, 1 1/4 cup of regular FF - thanks for the idea, Jenn!)

S: 3 crackers, 1 laughing cow cheese wedge

L: Turkey roll up, soy chips

S: Protein shake

D: Who knows

I like adding the little bit of chocolate. Yum! It de-borifies the mootopia but isn't so sweet that you feel it.

Pre B - decaf coffee
B - plum and handful of roasted edamame
L - salad fixings and grilled chicken (I am a gluten for punishment.  This has made me sick the past two days but still I eat it.)
S - yogurt
D - bday party for relative ... may or may not eat depending on the the available food.

The main culprits for making me sick are -

1. Ate too fast

2. Didn't chew enough

3. Too dry

4. Sugar

5. Broccoli

Do any of these apply?

One thing that has helped me a lot when I feel bad after eating is lemon drops - I'll suck on one and I don't know why but it really helps the nausea and pouchy cramping. I keep them on hand all the time and probably use them once or twice a week. The ones I use are barely sweet and very acidy. Maybe its the acid that helps, I don't know. I think they work better than papaya enzyme or any other hard candy or anything I've tried.

B - Engish muffin with cheese

S - 16oz soy milk with DHA

L - shredded pork from last night with beans and veggies (yummo btw)

D - asian salad again (chicken, veggies, cashews, dressing)

13 hours IS a long time!  I haven't slept that long without being sick in a long time.

B - fiber one
post workout - protein shake
S - plum
L - protein shake
D - ??? I think pork chops were taken out of the freezer - Maybe terriyaki glazed and a big salad

S - FF - NSA yogurt

I'll post calories, fiber and protein later.

Well I am sick. Also I was running on about 3hrs sleep yesterday so I really crashed hard last night.

I'm checking in late...I'm up watching the news. We had a plane crash here.

B~ Yogurt (Wegmans FF, Sf blueberry) with a handful of bran buds

L~ Tofu salad (like egg salad) with low fat miracle whip

S1~ Unjury Vanilla

D~ popcorn and sf Wal Mart instant hocolate pudding made with Skim plus (Woah wa that good!) I know popcorn is not my best choice, I blame PMS.

S2~ another serving of Skim plus WalMart instant chocolate puddin' (well Ok more than a serving, the pack was a 4 serving size but I made it into three little custard cups.

S3~  (Oop's...up late) Chocolate mint protein bar


Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!
