my first visit to the BMI>50 board

Hey guys!  I usually hang out on the lap band board, but found my way here today.  It's great to have a place with other people who started with BMIs over 50.  I am Denise and I had the lap band done in September...so far, so good.  Anyway, just wanted to say hi.

welcome to bmi over 50. it's generally supportive and non-confrontational over here - a nice board to hang out at, and lots of people with scads of information and advice they are happy to share.

i'm deb, 4 years out of an open rny. started with a bmi of 66, hanging at 24 now. it's great to meet you, and hope we see you often!
