Monday Weigh In - 2/9/09
Yeah, for me the health club membership has truly been a lifesaver. Even at my fattest, I still tried to swim at least once a week. I think that freedom to more so much more freely in the water than on land has helped me stay much more flexible than if I only exercised on land.
We originally joined with a family membership, but no one else went consistently, so I dropped it to individual to save $. I do wish Clay would go as well, but I'm pleased that I continued it for just myself and didn't rationalize myself into quitting as well. Part of taking care of myself.
