Seriously though-- don't let the pile of eats fool ya-- it's all science. My RMR is pretty high, so I have to eat quite a bit now to maintain--- but at 6 months out I was eating 650 cals a day!

I think I have gone a solid week without throwing up. I got sick to my stomach a few times, but at least it seems the throwing up has subsided for now.
I had hungries and was out of quick protein choices. Some days are better than others.

B - cup of tea with milk and a little bit of sugar and a 100cal english muffin toasted with butter (yes together, yes I know that's bad)
L - chicken and edamame stir-fry (garlic, soy, sesame oil, lime, cilantro, honey)
D - simplified stroganoff (ground beef, onion, mushrooms, ff sour cream, beef broth, tabasco, worchestershire, pepper) over kidney beans
S - a handful of flax tortilla chips with hummus
