Sedentary Sunday...what are you eating?

My infection is back.  I have a pain in my side and am blarfing    again.  Yay.  I did try some minestrome soup but it shot back out (I guess that was breakfast)

L~  One microwaved potato and a slice of fat free American cheese.  I am still picking at this

S1~ ?

D~ I think I'll try some yogurt.

S2?  Shake?

Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!

L: GREAT shake-- blueberries, frozen strawberries, Unjury vanilla, ice cubes, raspberry DaVinci, soy milk and nonfat greek yogurt...MMMMM!
S1: Thin rice cake with sundried tomato cream cheese (Amish)
S2: Mini pizza with soy protein crumbles
S3: Thin Rice cake with cherry nonfat cream cheese spread (homemade)
S4: Caramel rice cake with Power PB peanut butter and sliced bananas and cinnamon
D: 5 oz steak with red wine broiled mushrooms/onions and steak sauce
S5: Only 8 Frozen Yogurt

 25% fat-- 36% carbs-- 39% protein

What can I tell ya-- I have quite the appetite! :)

Seriously though-- don't let the pile of eats fool ya-- it's all science. My RMR is pretty high, so I have to eat quite a bit now to maintain--- but at 6 months out I was eating 650 cals a day!

Weekends are not as structured as the weekdays.  Here is a list of what I ate today.

A bite of banana nut loaf
Chicken gumbo/crackers
lima beans
grapes
a few bites of mac n cheese
a bagel bite pizza
boiled crabs

I think I have gone a solid week without throwing up.  I got sick to my stomach a few times, but at least it seems the throwing up has subsided for now.

Sorry to hear about your infection. Bummer. Get better.

I had hungries and was out of quick protein choices. Some days are better than others.

B - MF oatmeal
S - MF choc shake
L - MF chick noodle soup

L2 - 4 oz deli turkey breast, 3 pc swiss cheese
L3 - 3 pcs sourdough toast w/ ICBINBL

D - beef from beef stew (DH is finally making it tonight), broccoli

I'm trying to remember what I ate..

B - cup of tea with milk and a little bit of sugar and a 100cal english muffin toasted with butter (yes together, yes I know that's bad)

L - chicken and edamame stir-fry (garlic, soy, sesame oil, lime, cilantro, honey)

D - simplified stroganoff (ground beef, onion, mushrooms, ff sour cream, beef broth, tabasco, worchestershire, pepper) over kidney beans

S - a handful of flax tortilla chips with hummus
