Calorie Countdown - Its Thursday, what are you eating?

Pre-b - 10 teddy grahams or so, doesn't matter they didn't stay down
B - 20oz mootopia (4 of them chocolate mootopia)
L - English muffin toasted with cheese and turkey
D - more chicken (wah-wah) probably in the form of a home-made pot pie recipe my husband dug up and wanted me to make, it has biscuits on top, which I'll skip. Also a green salad because I can't seem to get enough greens lately.
S - V8
Pre B - 1/2 NF SF BSC Latte
B - turkey meatloaf - strange choice but I wanted something warm and it's 12 grams protein
S - Greek yogurt with fresh black and blue berries
L - homemade edemame & black bean salad - made this up last night and it's really good
S - turkey jerky, banana
D - changed my mind - meatcrust pizza topped with veggies and turkey pepperoni
S - sliced mango
B/f carbmaster yougurt has 12 grams of protein and taste really good
Lunch cottage cheese
Dinner the insides of a taco salad
I had been wondering if i had stretched my pouch cause it seemed like i could eat alot at 1 time.
But i found out i can eat 4-5 ounces at a time so im good arent i?

I don't think you've stretched your pouch, 4-5 oz still isn't much.
Mom has had a few good days and that's been a nice thing for all of us. She's even gotten dressed (with the help of her aide) the last two days and I think it makes a big difference mentally. I think you feel sicker when you hang out in a nightgown and robe all day.
My brother went over last night to handle everything, so hubby and I got the night off. It was very much needed! I feel almost human today.

I am not having a good food week. It is The Girly Cycle time and for the first time since my surgery - I am STARVING. Like - if I don't eat RIGHT AT THIS VERY MOMENT I MIGHT DIE - type of feeling. I'm not very happy with this new development. And to be honest I never really had hunger around my cycle this bad before surgery, so it's kind of alarming. I am eating more than I should and all the wrong things. I'm disappointed in myself, obviously. Oh! And yesterday I did not eat a lot during the day so when I got home from working with my trainer I was raging hungry so I ate...and ate and then got very sick. So sick that I had to lay down and be really still. My pouch still feels funny from that little episode. I hope it didn't stretch.
Also, I'm in a food rut and am currently looking for other options. I'm tired of my staples -- Laughing Cow Cheese, soup, Mootopia, yogurt, blah. So today I am going to research some new recipies that will help me get out of this food rut.
I have no plan, but it will probably be something along these lines:

L~ 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, half a wasa fiber crisp.
S1~ Heathy Choice Veggie Soup (not too tatsty) with some walmart lowfat parm (like product)

Maybe I should have more stressful days with my eating, or should I say grazing, habits lately. Today was really rough as I had to do press releases for 2 postponed/relocated shows and one of them I had to coordinate with another building and it was the waiting game with them. But I didn't graze at all today.

L - 1/2 oven roasted chicken breast sand from subway without top bread
funions...love the onions
S - orange
D - 3 oz porkchop and salad and a glass or two of wine before dinner.
