Good morning all,

I hope all is well and that everyone is being productive today.

B - 20 oz mootopia (1/4 chocolate milk, 3/4 skim)

L - chicken and veggies (zucchini, corn, salsa, beans, spinach) with a little cheese

D - meatloaf and boiled potatoes, green salad

So pretty much the exact same food I had yesterday.

Took some time and went grocery shopping yesterday.

Pre B - SF NF BSC Latte

B - English muffin with peanut butter and a sliced banana

S - Greek yogurt with fresh black and blue berries

L - Southwest chicken salad minus the chips

S - turkey jerky if hungry

D - grilled shrimp, veggies

S - ?

post workout 2oz turkey & 1 slice 2% swiss cheese
L - chicken wrap and a graham cracker
S - beef jerky
D - thai chicken skewers and side salad

OH BOY!  I'm excited guys!  I found something similar to MOOTOPIA here.  I knew I had seen something like enhanced skim milk somewhere, but I couldn't find it where I thought I had.    It's called "Farmland ~ SKIM PLUS"  11 gms protein. 

B~   Skim plus with UNJURY Chocolate, ice and a mini banana
L~   One cup tofu w/ broccoli, hunan style
S1~ Fat free, SF 80 cal yogurt (blueberry) with some Fiber pellets
        (or whatever that new fiber one "wanna be Grapenuts" cereal is called..haha.  It's good!)

D~    I have some minestrone soup in a can that's calling to me
S2~????

Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!
