Friday GYM Post!!!!!

I am so glad it's friday.  You just don't know.  Being the PR person for my job is going to get very interesting next week and I am dreading it.

It's cool again here and I am enjoying it.  I'm not looking forward to the shorter skirts, shorter sleeves, and bathing suits with the warmer weather right around the corner for us here.

I made our flight reservations to go to Hollywood the middle of February.  I'm looking forward to going to California.  It's been since the late 1990's that I was out there, but I know this time, no seatbelt extender.  We're flying on the cattle car express...southwest.  Fun!

Today is arms shoulders and chest for me.  What are you going to do to move to lose today?

I'm trudging along in this rut I've gotten myself stuck in... but since it's still working for me, I'll take it!

1 hour of bike, book and me time this morning and my thighs are sooooooooo glad tomorrow is Saturday and they get the day off.... LOL

I am just trying to get into exercise, get my heart a little healthier for my surgery in 11 days.  Past 3 days I did alot of walking.  Today I am going to do a low impact work out video

You won't regret starting a regular habit of exercise.  It will be hard in the beginning, but once you set the routine up and get rolling, you will become addicted to the rush of endorphins that you get following the workout. 

I feel so energized when I am done like I can take on the world.  I feel like crap if I don't. 

Good luck girl...sounds like you are getting ALL your ducks in a row.

I'm a day late but I havn't worked out at all since Wednesday.  I'm recovering from a small operation Thursday morning.  Not WLS related...just another biopsy.  This one knocked me on my butt!  I am still in bed. When I get up I get dizzy.  Weird.

Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!
