Good morning.  The gym is open...will you move to lose today?

It's getting cold again. This is the time of year that everyone gets sick around here because the weather is so crazy.  This weekend I saw people running around in shorts and flip flops (I had a jacket on because I'm cold all the time) and now we're wearing sweaters and jackets again.

Tonight, Karl and I are going to do a yoga tape together.  It should be interesting.  We cleared out our sons room so that we have room in there and I joked with him about leaving the bed!

Well, I'm off to the Y to work on my large muscle groups.  Gotta get them moving to get this metabolism moving!

Have a great day everyone.

after two days on the couch in my fleece jammies it felt good to get back into the gym/office, although the ice under a couple of underpasses on the way in was pretty scary stuff.....

I was early so I did a full hour of recumbent bike book and me time......

Hopefully the ice will all be gone by tomorrow morning!

Ya'll have a great day !

I was on the couch watching the morning news pics of all the other folks out on the ice slip sliding away, and being really really thankful that I could work from home.....

Hi Kathy -

I swam laps for about 25 minutes this morning, then worked with my trainer - very, very sore glutes!  Tonight, I'm teaching aquafit which will focus on arms and abs since my legs and butt have been kicked to the curb!  So about 2 hrs for me today.

I'm late in posting, but I go to the gym Thursday after work.  I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes on the upright bike.  I also did the weight machines for inner and outer thigh, plus quads and hamstrings.  Wrapped up with a few plie squats, then stretched for about 15 minutes.  I was tired when I was done, but I felt good.  Yeah me :-)
