Good Morning all, hope your having a wonderful day so far and that it just gets better! It's cool and crisp here today but due to warm up later in the week to the 80's.

Pre B - SF NF BSC Latte - 1/2

B - Eggface bites

S - Shrimp wonton soup - 115 calories, 7 grams protein, and WAY too much sodium but it's good and warm.

L - ham, cheese, triscuits

S - Twisted protein bar - too many carbs but wanted something sweet

D - veggie and turkey stuffed bell pepper, salad

S - ?

sneaking in while I eat lunch

B - 16oz mootopia (12oz skim mixed with 4oz 2% chocolate.. omg... yummo)

L - cinnamon raisin english muffin toasted with a slice of swiss on each side, cherry tomatoes

D - inside of lasagna (spinach, carrot, zucchini, italian sausage, sauce, cheese mixture)

S - probably not but if I do it will be straight protein, a turkey and cheese roll-up or something

Warm weather sounds sooo inviting right now!!

B- Activia yogurt with kashi and chia seeds
S- Protein Shake (post workout)
L- White Chicken Chili
D- Chicken and Mushrooms

B - fiber one cereal
Post workout snack - 3 oz chicken breast
L - split pea soup & navel orange
S - 3 butter cookies ( you know the kind from the tin @ christmas time)
D - ??? I'm hoping chicken and asiago cheese sausage from Sams and steamed veggies
