I have been told things I once liked, I may hate after surgery... But will I begin to like the ones I hate pre op when I become post op?

I have found that I love the Unjury ones compared to any others... Before I give away all the samples I bought of Nectar and Chike, should I keep them and try again after surgery or give up?

I didn't have any issues with protein after surgery.  I still love my unjury and have found some others that are good too, but I only use my protein shake if I'm low on my protein at the end of the day.  One of my goals was to be able to consume my protein from eating my foods as early as possible and I think I was able to achieve that by 3 months out.

Not everyone's taste changes and I'm a good example of that.  I really haven't had any protein that I "hated."

Hang on to your samples...they come in handy.

Hi,
I've been through them all - and for the past year and a half have been using AnyWhey.  I mix it with 4oz of Hood Carb Countdown Chocolate milk and 4oz of 1% milk.  I also mix it with about 3 oz of cold water until it's completely dissolved, then add ho****er and use the Swiss Miss no sugar added hot chocolate! perfect!
