Hi ladies and gentleman. Have a great weekend! I'm not going to be posting next week so I hope that everyone (including me please please please) makes good choices. I have a committee meeting on Thurs and I'll be busting my hump to get ready. I am generally not an amiable person before a committee meeting so I thought I would just spare everyone here.

You are welcome :)

B - 20oz mootopia mixed with one BA shake (I like it a lot better thinned down significantly, the BA protein powder makes a really thick sticky shake that I can't tolerate at all smell, taste, or gastrointestinally, but somehow if I thin it down its juuuuussst fine

L - 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa (cooked with a little spray of Pam)

D - grilled zucchini with a garlic/parmesan paste and a grilled chicken skewer with lemon and greek seasoning (plus a tzatziki made with greek yogurt)

I'm craving salsa. I'm craving craving craving all kinds of things. It must be PMS or stress. Food is not my friend right now. I want to eat it ALL.

Jenn I hope everything goes well for you. I also hope if you have the time, you can pop by and post, no matter what kind of mood your in you know it always helps to keep track of what you eat.

If no one else does it, I'll post this thread daily for us. Don't worry I'll be glad to have you do it when your ready!

Pre B - 3/4 SF NF Eggnog Latte

B - English muffin, ham, cheese

S - Greek yogurt with blueberries added in

L - Chicken Southwest salad, banana

S - cottage cheese, Splenda peaches

D - Beef fajitas - no tortilla

B~   KAshi GO LEAN hot cereal, vanilla with one pack of splenda

S~ FF cottage...actually i think it was just low fat (got it at ALDI's) cottage cheese

L~Leftover baked eggplant and a cheese stick pulled apart on top of it, broiled and sprinkled with Parmesan like low fat cheese-like product.

I am planning on a UNJURY for a late night snack and a can of Veg Progresso for dinner..The Italian veg "Light" one.  It's good!


Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!
