Gym is Open Wednesday
I know, I've been posting about our weather alot but it just goes to show you that Florida is not always warm. It's 25 right now and I didn't want to crawl out from under the down comforter.
We had a really crappy day at work yesterday. I spent all day stuffing envelopes and it took all day long...boring...boring....boring. It had to go out yesterday and do you think anyone else would have offered to help? No! So just me and the head cashier. Ugh. Sometimes you just want to say screw it and not offer to help when anyone else is in a lurch. OK, I'm done complaining.
Today is arms and shoulders. Will warm up with a nice walk/jog! Definitely need to Warm Up!

I had to drag myself out of my nice warm bed this morning too...... I just love my electric blanket.... LOL
My thighs were a little achy this morning so I cut my bike book and me time back to 45 mins..... and then I had some extra time in the locker room to shave my legs.... LOL
