Silly question, what are foamies?
Ohhh...I though "foamies" were that horrid foaming feeling in my gut. I haven't had the "pleasure" of the saliva thing yet. Yikes!
Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!
Two years after that....
I could not be happier.
I am a PRO and foamies. In fact it is the only thing I vomit. I am still having it a few times a week but the worse is when my vitamins cause it and then the foam/saliva tastes like dissolved vitamins - yuck! The only saving grace with foamies is that for the most part it doesn't have a horrid taste like traditional vomit.

Okay, I feel silly. I was thinking foamies were the insoles I wear in my shoes because my feet hurt so often!
Not looking forward to this experience...any tips on what I can do to prevent? My RNY is on 2/9/09.

Thank you all! O.K so I guess I'm pretty lucky!... No foamies yet and no
yet!!!! Do get a little nauseous sometimes, but so far so good(knocking on wood)!!!!! Thank you for all your replys!!!!
