Quick update -
This was my first week back in the office since my arm lift/breast lift on 12/16. I've worked half days, and will be back to full time next week. I had a couple small places along my incision that were still draining, but they finally stopped a couple days ago. I was able to remove the last of the steristrips this morning. So I'm finally drain free, drainage free, and bandage free - what a blessing. I've still got some bruises, but they are fading to that funny yellowish color.
The recovery from the arm lift was harder than I expected, mostly because I was so limited in what I could do for 2-3 weeks. But at 4 1/2 weeks out, I'm feeling pretty good all-in-all. Anyway, just wanted to provide a quick update, and say thanks again to everyone for their support during the process! Hope everyone has a great weekend -

p.s. GO STEELERS!!!

I would not chose to have two surgeries so close together if I had any control over it; it's just too hard on your body. I'm more tired after the 2nd round of surgery, but it's hard to say whether that's because of the surgery or the cold, gray, gloomy weather. Regardless, I'm glad to have these things behind and be moving forward.

P.S. It's only a partial BIRD bowl - my Steelers were victorious once again!!!
