Good morning all. Its much too early to seriously think about science so I'm going to type this instead :) I am posting for Fri-Mon here because I am not sure what our plans are for the long weekend. Probably not a lot but you never know. My husband does work Mon but I'm off, woo!

Here is Friday's plan:

B - greek yogurt with honey and lemon zest

L - the last of the beans with chicken and green chile

D - something out, anything I don't care, just OUT PLEASE PLEASE someone take me OUT (I'll post any changes to this plan as they occur)

S - 20oz mootopia (for those of you who are mootopia drinkers, I added a little vanilla extract to mine last night and it was quite tasty, it didn't even need sugar - I've used SF vanilla coffee syrup before but I liked this better)

I hope everyone has a great MLK weekend!

It's is going to be cold this weekend here and I was planning on painting my kitchen and finally getting my backsplash up, but not sure about the cold weather and painting.   Of course the inside temp will be around 70, but still not sure.

B - 3 slices of bacon, a few bites of an egg and 1 slice of double fiber whole wheat bread
L - Wendy's chili
D - chicken stirfry
S - roasted pecans 1/4 cup...yummy

Tomorrow's eating plan is so far from my mind...I've been munchy and I should have known.  I haven't been in the habit of tracking my periods for the past 10 years but I guess I will have to start doing that again so that I can help eat better when I do get those munchies.

We're going to see Gran Torino and I heard it's a tear jerker ...odd for a Clint Eastwood movie,
