Calorie Countdown - Wednesday, what are you eating?

Good morning all. I am sleepy. I hate insomnia. I didn't fall asleep until a little after midnight and the alarm rang at 4am. I have a class today so I couldn't stay home and sleep.

B - yogurt Edit - changed to a frozen dinner, chicken breast and mashed taters and corn

S - pear or clementine Edit - changed to a latte (and yes I tend to take in more calories when I am tired)

L - beans with lots of green chile and some chicken in them

S - pear or clementine (whichever I didn't eat earlier) Edit - skipped lunch and tried the pear and the clementine, bit tasted... off... I had 3 wedges of orange and about 2 pites of pear

D - turkey and cheese quesadilla probably, or maybe an omelet since the carbs are pretty high today, or I may just say screw it and go to sleep at 3 when I get home

L - turkey chili/cheese on wheat thins
S - still haven't eaten that yogurt!
D - Possibly a salad from McDonalds

I'm tired too, and I have a killer headache. Decided to stay home today.

Pre B - SF NF BSC latte - 3/4

B - 2 pancakes - big train protein mix, with SF blueberry jam - ate 3/4

S - decided to bake mini muffins for a Senior brunch  - ate 3 SF Whole wheat zucchini, and 1 SF whole wheat pumpkin - ugh!

L - turkey meatloaf

S - nothing

D - grilled chicken, grilled zuchinni

S - mango

So this posting will be to knowing what you are eating!!!

B - fiber one cereal with 1/2 small banana
L - leftover chinese takeout all wok prepared meats and veggies - no fried items
S - small NSA  Tcby yogurt in waffle cone...big, HUGE, mistake...as it sit here, stomach churning, face flushed, heart racing...440 calories 65g carbs...body not liking it.  I had had the kiddie cup, before, but didn't realize that the small cone was so much larger of a serving, and of course I ate it all.

Ewww...yuck,yuck,yuck.
