Gym is Open - Wednesday ... it's 30 degrees!
I know, I know, I know...those of you who live in more frigid areas are laughing and saying "that's nothing," but for northwest florida that's getting down there.
So will you move your body today to help your tool? Kix...where are you? I'm going to prod you to post here and move your body.
I hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday!

I've been walking for the first ten minutes of every hour so that hopefully by the end of the day that will add up to some good activity. I may even do the stairs every hour if I can't stay awake. I danced through my office this morning too, LOL. ANYTHING to stay awake. I hope there are no hidden cameras in here :)
Hi Kathy -
Posting late in the day, as usual for me! I taught the evening water aerobics tonight. By midway through the workout, everyone was complaining that the pool was too hot. I knew that I was doing my job, cause when they got in, everyone said it was too cold! We have been 80+ degrees here with the warm Santa Ana winds blowing. It is almost uncomfortably warm for January - and unusual as well. I do have to admit though that it was nice to get out of the pool and not feel a cold wind chill when getting out. That is the nice part.
Tomorrow, I will again work with my trainer, do 30 min of cardio in the morning, and again teach aquafit tomorrow night. I really enjoy the active days -- oh, I also need to get my allergy shot. I park on the 1st floor of the medical building and take the stairs up and down for 6 flights!
