Good Evening Kathy -
Today I began the 1st of 10 personal training sessions at my YMCA.  I really enjoyed it, and it helped me to learn some new things that I didn't know to do when working out.  We used free weights and one of the large exercise balls.  I got a great workout for my core and have more confidence that my legs aren't as weak as I'd thought.  I followed the 30 minute session with 20 min. of cardio.

One thing that I have just got to "press through" on is that I HATE to sweat!  I really dislike the hot sticky feeling, and that is why I love to swim.  When I'm working on the cardio machines - bike, treadmill, elliptical - I have a hard time pushing through the muscle fatigue barrier that causes me to sweat.  Hopefully, I will just learn to endure through this!
