Good morning all, here is my plan for today.

B - 20oz Mootopia (225cal, 30g protein, 15g carbs)

L - 3 slices of turkey (90cal, 15g protein, 3g carbs) inside whole wheat tortilla (130cal, 4g protein, 25g carbs) with 1/4c shredded sharp cheddar cheese (110cal, 6g protein, 1g carbs)

S - Rachel's orange strawberry mango yogurt (160cal, 7g protein, 29g carbs)

D - Jack in the box chicken fajita pita (300cal, 23g protein, 31g carbs)

S - 20oz mootopia (225cal, 30g protein, 15g carbs)

Totals
Calories - 1240
Fat - 25g
Carbs - 120g
Protien - 115 g
Fiber - 8g (very low for me)

I promised my husband we could go to Jack in the Box tonight. He's been watching what he eats really well lately, surprisingly well, and he wants a treat. The only thing I like there is the pita but I was pleasantly surprised to find it wasn't ridiculously bad.

Pre B - decaf coffee (it sure makes my tummy runmble - but it is oh so good on these cold morns)
B - 12 fresh cherries
L - turkey chili w/ cheese and wheat thins
S - my yogurt I didn't eat yesterday
D - I have a DATE!!  I will probably be too nervous to eat.

Incredibly beautiful day here today! We had warm winds all night long and it's so clear today, going to be in the 80's again. Sure wish I wasn't at work.

Pre B - 1/2 SF NF Eggnog Latte - I should start making 1/2 but always think I might want the whole thing.

B - 1 slice whole wheat sourdough with peanut butter

S - Fresh warm unsweetened soy milk, my goodness this is yummy!

S - Yogurt peanut crunch protein bar

L - leftover pork tenderloin with blueberry sauce, wonderful new recipe I tried this weekend!

S - if hungry - Greek yogurt with pomegranate seeds

D - turkey meatloaf, veggies

S - ?

Date?     I cannot remember the last time I was on a date.

I don't think I've ever had a Jack in the Box pita, I'll have to try it next time I'm near there (we have one over the hill from the house).

What have I eaten so far today?

B:  51g protein drink
B2: bagel and cream cheese, oy.
L: 51g protein drink
L2: cup of chicken and wild rice soup
D: shrimp tossed into a green salad

I need to decide whether to eat real food or drink the protein drinks and not do both, but I was seriously hungry today (I waited until my stomach growled to make sure I wasn't just eating out of anger).  I think the hunger is coming from too many carbs, so I need to cut out the bagel
each day.

My constipation reached "packed guttus maximus" today and I have been blarfffingall day.

No eating yet

Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!

I am so completely 100% serious here today when I say call your doc. If its gotten so bad you are puking you might be impacted. Call your doctor. Call your doctor. Call your doctor. Its been several days now right? Call your doctor. If nothing else you'll ease my mind, and I prefer my mind at ease at all times.

I called them the other day and they weren't too worried because there was some...ummm....movement a few days ago (last Wednesday was my last normal action though) They reccomended an WARNING TMI AGAIN HERE GUYS enema! Ahhh!

I did that followed by a suppository and there was a an hour ago.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

PS~ I just ate some ff yogurt with all bran mixed in.  I feel way better!

Stella, glad to hear things are moving!

When I have problems I take Senakot before bed. I always take it when we travel cause my body tends to get messed up!
