Ok. I have a few minutes.. oh what a day. Woe is me! Can I just quit?

B - 16oz mootopia

L - beans beans they are good for my heart, especially when they were home made and frozen waiting for me with LOTS of green chile

D - I made a brisket last night but it took so long to get tender that we ended up eating leftover spaghetti instead. It should be good tonight though.

S - probably a pear

B - 1 slice Trader Joe's Whole Wheat sourdough bread, toasted with peanut butter

S - 10 black grapes, 10 crunchy peanuts

L - salad with grilled chicken

S - Greek yogurt with pomegranate seeds added in

D - nachos - taco meat, refried beans, tomato's, onions, cheese, salsa, 5 or 6 round tortilla chips

S - sliced mango

 I cook it two different ways depending on what I am in the mood for.  

Version 1 - drizzle the bottom of the pot with olive oil, add chopped cabbage to the pot and cover on a low fire stirring occasionally until the cabbage is tender.  This can take a few hours depending on the cabbage.  When at desire consistency, add a few pats of butter, salt and pepper.  Stir and enjoy!

Version 2 - drizzle the bottom of the pot with olive oil. Saute turkey sausage (or any other meat of your choice) and brown sausage.  Continue cooking according to the above version, but there is no need for butter at the end because the meat give enough flavor.

I am super constipated (sorry guys...TMI!) but I only got in about 1/3 a cup of fiber one in skim milk before I threw it up. Ick.

Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!
