AARGH. Too much overtime at work leads to bad eating and no exercise. I feel like s...t and the scale refuses to budge. I have joined a new club at work called, "Flat 14ers Challenge" which I will tell you more about when I have a spare minute to call my own.

I was up two pounds post Christmas, but that was after a week of being homebound and eating junk, so I trust those two pounds have left by now--- maybe! I'm still unable to exercise post plastics-- am hoping that he will clear me at least to walk briskly this week!

I'm not weighing in. I figure I'm doing everything I am able and willing to do, so it is what it is, you know?

294 but I am somewhat dehydrated because I have a cold and haven't felt like drinking as much...I can't swallow. I'm not trusting that till next week when I plump up!

Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!

The puke parade has come to our house. I started it last Thursday, dh on Friday and dd yesterday. It seems to fast moving; all better in about 48 hours. Staying home today with dd as she is just exaughsted.

After jumping up 14 pounds last week, I'm back down 9 today. I'll take it!
