S - grande latte

I've tried it so many ways, but finally ended up with these and they are delicious-- lighter than many!

1/4 cup egg beaters
1/4 cup 0% fat Greek Yogurt
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
2 pkts Splenda
a few shakes of cinnamon

Mix 'em all in your bullet/blender. Spray skillet/pan with PAM spray -- yields about three 4-5 inch pancakes.

If you like blueberies, add a couple fresh berries! I top mine with butter spray and 0 cal Walden syrup. So nummy!

NUTRITION: (without berries)
156 calories
.7 g fat
23.3 carbs
15.4 protein
3.5g fiber

Some ideas:
+ Fresh berries
+ Canned NSA cherry or Apple pie filling
+ Use spatula to spread very thin for crepes
+ Mix ff cream cheese and fruit or SF jam as a filling
+ Schmear with peanut butter or a little Nutella
+ Make a pancake Monte Christo-- add ham and a slice of cheese between 2 pancakes
