Good morning all, and it is a good morning because I had an entire night's sleep without waking up to be sick. I didn't go in early with my husband though, I decided one more day of rest at home trying to catch up on fluids would do me good. I feel much better though, not 100% by any means, but SO MUCH BETTER. I'd do the happy dance but I need more water first.  After my water I plan to EAT.

Here is my plan:

B - clementine and 1/2c cottage cheese

S - glass of mootopia (16oz)

L - 1 scrambled egg and a thick slice of ham

D - the enchiladas I was supposed to make a few days ago (bean and cheese, green chile, onion, corn tortilla that isn't fried, a little ff sour cream, tomato and avocado) - I make it in a pile New Mexico style then I can control how much of each thing goes into my portion versus my husbands - he gets 3 tortillas, I get one, but I get half the beans, he gets more cheese, onion, sour cream, but I get more sauce and green chile.

S - either a pear 1-2 squares of dark chocolate

Having lived with a wanna-be body builder for 20+ yrs I can tell you why protein is so expensive!  It's what the non-steriod using body builders all use to help bulk up.....

Pre-B - 1/2 protein bar
B - yogurt, TVP, SF vanilla syrup
S - chocolate rice cake (instead of doughnuts somebody brought to work)
L - Roast Beef and Cheese rollups
S - RTD protein drink in my coffee
D - meatloaf

EDIT!!!

Lunch:  Co-worker treating me to Sweet Tomatoe's for lunch.  I had a huge spinach salad with lots of fresh veggies, a cup of black bean soup and for dessert, whole wheat fruit cake.  I'm stuffed!

Tonight I work out with my trainer, so today I will bump up the protein, as I will need it. Emphasis on need.

B: Egg Beaters w/salt and pepper (I'm having to choke these down right now. I need to get something to eat with the eggs - I'm not enjoying them plain anymore. They're getting grosser by the minute.)

S: Mootopia - 16oz

L: Taco Soup - 1cup

S: Protein Shake

D: Taco Soup (probably)

And a lot of water today.
